Registration
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register using an Author registration category.
- The Student rate applies only to students who upload/attach a copy of their student ID during registration and who are the first author of the paper.
- Authors are advised to use the ICCTA Formatting Template to meet the formatting requirements.
- One Regular Author registration covers one paper up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages are charged separately.

Refunds Policy
If a participant requests cancellation and a refund, the following refund policy applies:
- More than 60 days before the conference: 70% refund
- 30–60 days before the conference: 50% refund
- Within 30 days before the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email.
Attention
- At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper.
- Please bring your name badge to enter the conference hall.
- Please do not lend your name badge to anyone not registered for the conference.
- Please do not bring unregistered attendees into the conference rooms.
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal funds or belongings.
