Review Process

By submitting a paper to ICCTA, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers will undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the appropriately qualified experts, which will give detailed comments. If the submission is accepted, the authors must submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes reviewers feedback into account.
All papers will be reviewed using a double blind review process.

- Plagiarism

ICCTA has a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work by the authors with adequate, proper, and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their contribution(s) and also published results on which they depend or build. Reviewers are responsible for ensuring these standards are met.

If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, the following sanctions may be applied:

  1. Reject the submitted paper or remove it from the final proceedings.
  2. Report the author’s violation to their supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  3. Report the author’s violation to the appropriate academic ethics office and /or research funding agency/agencies.

- Dual/Double Submissions

By submitting a manuscript to ICCTA, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in any venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, and workshops. As a rule of thumb, an ICCTA submission should contain no more than 20% of material from previous publications. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
